The plugin doesn’t work on Windows—The panels are greyed out, and the tool is missing.
The problem is probably caused by an error during the installation process by Anastasiy’s extension manager—the plugin file is missing. Check if you have it in the directory "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Illustrator 2023\Plug-ins\" - it looks like you don’t; there should be the "LTTR.INK.AdobeIllustrator.aip" file.
You can also check where the panels are installed "C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\CEP\extensions\" - it looks like the panels are there.
